What kind of artwork do you offer?
The collection includes Matthew’s own photography. See each product description for details of the artwork.
What paper do you use?
Prints use premium 200gsm matte paper, selected for a smooth, glare-reducing fine-art finish.
What is included with a framed print?
Framed options use a solid wood frame in the selected colour, shatterproof plexiglass and hanging hardware, so the print arrives ready to display.
How do I choose a size and finish?
On each product page, first choose a size and then select an unframed print or ready-to-hang frame. The displayed price updates with your selection.
Can I personalise a print?
Yes. Use the personalisation field on the product page for a title, date, coordinates or short message. Enter the wording exactly as you want it printed and check spelling and capitalisation before ordering.
Can I request a custom size, border or colour treatment?
Yes, where the artwork and production format allow it. For a custom size, frame, border, paper, crop, colour version or black-and-white version, contact the studio before ordering so availability and price can be confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK and US orders commonly dispatch the same or next working day; European orders usually dispatch in 1–3 working days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and carrier.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. The studio delivers worldwide to the destinations available at checkout. Delivery is included in the displayed product price; local customs duties or import taxes may still apply depending on the destination.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Email hello@matthewjpwebb.com with your order number and clear photographs, and retain the item and packaging. A damaged or faulty order will be replaced at no cost.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact the studio as soon as possible. Cancellation may be possible before production starts, but made-to-order and personalised items can enter production quickly and cannot always be changed or cancelled once work has begun.
Can I use an image commercially?
No. Products are supplied for personal use and buying a print does not transfer copyright. Contact the studio separately to discuss commercial licensing.
